		<description>Interesting piece, which I'll have to parse at length when I have the time...but it leads me to throw out a theory I've been kicking around. You say correctly that humor is subjective and that people like funny and original. But I've come to believe that men, specifically, say they want funny and original. But when it comes to acting on that statement, most of them don't. I could be making a vast generalization, but to an extent, this doesn't matter. Because even if it isn't true, it &lt;b&gt;feels true&lt;/b&gt;. Which is sometimes worse.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Some of this is my personal baggage, admittedly. But I wonder if there's anything more to it than my own personal experience. In fact, I think I'm posting this on &lt;a HREF="http://jdatersanonymous.blogspot.com" REL="nofollow"&gt;JDaters Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
